# sk181143 - "The URL you requested could not be found on this server." error when accessing Captive Portal

## Symptoms

- * When attempting to access the Captive Portal through this URL: `https://<GW_IP> /connect`, this error message shows: "`The URL you requested could not be found on this server`."
* NAC kernel debug shows: "`request didn't come from an internal interface as configured;`".

## Cause

The Captive Portal only permits access from internal interfaces. The interface used to access the portal is categorized as external in the topology.
