## Symptoms

* R81.20 Jumbo Hotfix Take 8
* R81.10 Jumbo Hotfix Take 95
* R81 Jumbo Hotfix Take 82

## Cause

Length of gateway's object name was incorrectly expanded

## Solution

This problem was fixed. The fix is included in:

* Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator for R81.20 starting from take 24
* Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator for R81.10 starting from Take 107
* Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator for R81 starting from Take 87

<br />

Upgrade to the relevant Jumbo Hotfix take and for Cloud Management Extension (CME) perform a scale-in and then perform a scale-out to create a new gateway.
In case, policy need to be installed on the failed target, contact Check Point support for applying a workaround on the target object in database.

If CME is not in use and there is no a long object name with underscore or dashes, use this workaround to enable the installation of the Jumbo Hotfixes listed in this SK:

To uninstall CME (and allow the installation of the Jumbo Hotfix Take), run:
`autoupdatercli revert-completely CME`

**Note** :
Uninstalling CME will disable automatic provisioning abilities of this management instance.
Do not perform this operation if the instance that manages a cloud solution that requires automatic provisioning.
Refer to [sk157492](https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk157492) for more information about CME.
