# sk181132 - Unable to uninstall or upgrade the Harmony EndPoint agent on unsupported Windows 10 22H2

## Symptoms

- * Uninstallation and upgrade failed because Endpoint client is not supported on windows 10 22H2.
* In idafserver.log there are lines like:  
  \[error\] DAF INTERNAL validation fail, call ABORTED \[CDSMServices::PopulateDAFdsmHandle\]  
  \[error\] DAF INTERNAL validation fail, call ABORTED. Blade: 13 \[CDafServer::RegisterEx\]

## Cause

One of the epslog was created by previously installed Endpoint client with higher version of daf_logger.dll, so now it can't be parsed with lower version of this dll.
