## Symptoms

- * All the Endpoint Security clients are disconnected.
* An error is captured in the $UEPMDIR/logs/apache_error.log you see the following error: \[Thu Sep 02 15:25:14.127525 2021\] \[cache:error\] \[pid 28110\] (13)Permission denied: \[client 10.132.26.172:42846\] AH00778: Could not create a cache lock directory: /var/log/tmp/mod_cache-lock/p/z
* While checking the permissions of /var/log/tmp directory, no defined permissions were found in the third triad .

## Cause

The Apache cache permission is missing or deleted.
