# sk181061 - on-premises Harmony Endpoint Server Web Portal - "Operational Overview" page - "Operating System" widget - "Other" row shows a negative value

## Symptoms

- In Harmony Endpoint Server Web Portal \> "Operational Overview" page \> "Operating System" widget \> "Other" row shows a negative value.

## Cause

The widget makes the calculations based on two different sources:  

1. Computers without installed Endpoint clients.
2. Computers with installed Endpoint clients.
The widget is mixing protected and unprotected device counts.
