## Symptoms

- * Conversion of a Cluster object to a Security Gateway object failed with these errors in SmartConsole:

  * Failed to convert Cluster Object
  * Internal error occurred during the verification process
  * Policy verification failed

## Cause

VSX Cluster object was deleted in SmartConsole, but still exists in the management database.
