## Symptoms

- * Broadcast ARP Storm can be seen after rebooting the Standby VSX member.
* IPv6 network solicitation flood can be seen after rebooting the Standby VSX member.
* IPv6 network solicitation flood can be seen after "cpstop/cpstart" on the Standby VSX member.
* High CPU is utilized on FWK instances.

## Cause

IPv4 and IPv6 forwarding is enabled before the Bridge mode VS policy is enforced.
This causes broadcast traffic to pass through the Standby member, causing a loop and high CPU.
