# sk180862 - Repeated reboots and SGMs in the DOWN state after installing R81.20 Jumbo Hotfix Take 8 on Maestro SGMs with Identity Awareness enabled

## Symptoms

- After you install R81.20 Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator Take 8 on Maestro Security Group Members (SGMs), they might reboot a maximum of five times and eventually stay in the "Down" state with a "Configuration" pnote.

This issue occurs on Maestro SGMs with Identity Awareness enabled, and that are configured to learn Identities from remote PDPs.

## Cause

A mismatch exists between the *pep_conciliation_scores.C* file on the Single Management Object (SMO) and the affected SGMs.
