## Symptoms

- In a Web Browser on Linux, after clicking the Connect button of Mobile Access Portal, SSL Network Extender (SNX) does not launch and Mobile Access Portal does not connect, although the Mobile Access Portal Agent prerequisites for the Linux machine are met as per [sk119772](https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?eventSubmit_doGoviewsolutiondetails=&solutionid=sk119772).
