# sk180834 - Mobile Access Blade portal connection fails and httpd does not start

## Symptoms

- * End users cannot access the Mobile Access Blade portal.
* The *$CVPNDIR/log/httpd.log* log file is empty.
* The *$CVPNDIR/log/httpd.startlog* log file shows this message repeatedly:

  ```
  AH00526: Syntax error on line 11 of /opt/CPcvpn-/var/httpd.conf-real:
  Invalid command 'CvpnLogLevel', perhaps misspelled or defined by a module not included in the server configuration
  ```

* After users modify the */opt/CPcvpn-/var/httpd.conf-real* file, the file reverts back after running the "`cvpnrestart`" command.

## Cause

On the Mobile Access Gateway, there is a syntax error in the *$CVPNDIR/conf/httpd.conf configuration*file.
