# sk180830 - Gaia Cloning Groups do not synchronize the configuration between ClusterXL Members

## Symptoms

- * Gaia Cloning Groups do not synchronize the configuration between ClusterXL Members.

* The */var/log/messages* file on the problematic ClusterXL Member contains these lines:

  `
  cloningd: Trying to connect to remote member at <IP Address of Peer ClusterXL Member>`  
  `
  cloningd: Error in delayed connection() 111 - Connection refused`  
  `
  cloningd: Failed to connect to remote member using <IP Address of Peer ClusterXL Member> reason: Secure socket connect error: (node <IP Address of Peer ClusterXL Member>) Operation now in progress.`  
  `
  cloningd: Canceling Sychronization !
  `

## Cause

The `/etc/sysconfig/network` file on the problematic ClusterXL Member does not have all of the lines that appear in this file on other ClusterXL Members.
