# sk180829 - Cannot connect to WebUI after upgrade

## Symptoms

- * Cannot connect to WebUI / Gaia Web portal after upgrade.
* `/web/conf/extra/httpd-ssl.conf` and/or `/web/templates/httpd-ssl.conf.templ` files are empty.

* When you open security policies in SmartConsole the "Could not load the selected policy" error appears.

* The HTTPD2 daemon does not start.

* Starting HTTPD2 manually results in this output:

## Cause

The `/web/templates/httpd-ssl.conf.templ` file is corrupted or has missing lines.
