## Symptoms

- When installing the Linux Harmony Endpoint agent on SLES 12.5 endpoints, the agent installation completes without issues. But when the EMaaS (Endpoint Management as a Service) server Asset Management is checked, only the latest agent is displayed. If the `cpla` service on one of the Linux endpoints is restarted, the agent shows but it replaces the previous one.
**Note:** Each of the endpoints use the same installation script.

## Cause

The virtual machines on SUSE Linux Enterprise Server (SLES) run on the Xen hypervisor and are para-virtualized.
