# sk180789 - "Internal SDK Error" on switch initialization failure

## Symptoms

- * Can't see any MHO interfaces in the Gaia Portal or command line.  

* This error is seen during the device boot or orchd restart.

* All the MHO 175 interfaces have the **CPAC-TR-10SR-ADP** plugged in.

## Cause

The SKU CPAC-TR-10SR-ADP is a 10 GbE transceiver comes with an adapter CPAC-TR-QSFP28-SFP28, but the default port qsfp mode is 100G on MHO 175, it will cause that the transceiver can't be detected correctly.
