# sk180748 - Skyline does not show information

## Symptoms

- * Skyline reports only basic fields like "system_uptime".

* The */opt/CPviewExporter/otlp_cpview.log* file contains the `level=error invalidcharacter'}'afterdecimalpointinnumericliteral=(MISSING)"` error.

* The output of the "`cpview -m`" command is corrupted.

## Cause

The JSON library has limited support for 64-bit values. The issue occurs when it attempts to parse numeric values greater than some threshold.
