# sk180745 - Cannot see logs in SmartConsole

## Symptoms

- * You cannot see logs in SmartConsole.

* The *RFL.elg* file contains this error:

* The output of the "`ls $RTDIR/conf | grep rflConfig.xml`" command does not return the file "`rflConfig.xml`".

## Cause

The *rflConfig.xml* file is missing.
