# sk180735 - "asg_swb_update_verifier -v" command fails with "DB versions verification fails"

## Symptoms

- * The "`# asg_swb_update_verifier -v`" command fails with:   
  *DB versions verification fails*

* There is connectivity to Check Point services.

* Running a manual update does not solve the issue.

* A scheduled update does not solve the issue.

## Cause

The `# asg_swb_update_verifier -v` command checks the database versions of the Security Gateway Members (SGMs). The command fails if the database version of one of the SGMs is different from the version of the other SGMs.

## Solution

Align the database versions of the SGMs.   

1. Run these commands on all of the SGMs at the same time:
   * `# rm $FWDIR/appi/update/next_update`
   * `# mv $FWDIR/appi/update/Version $FWDIR/appi/update/Version.BKP`  

2. Initiate an update or schedule an update.
