## Symptoms

- * The VLAN configured bonded interface monitored state disappear after modifying the bonded interface properties such as when changing the bond's xmit-hash-policy algorithm or changing the LACP speed.
* The bond's highest VLAN is missing as seen in the outputs of "cphaprob -a -m if":
  `[Expert@M1:0]# cphaprob -m if`
  `ClusterXL VLAN monitoring per interface:`

  `Interface | Low VLAN | High VLAN`
  `-----------------+--------------+------------------`
  `bond2 | 1001 | not configured`
  `bond1 | 1003 | not configured`

* Setting the interface's state to off and then on resolves the issue.
*Clish> set interface bond2.1002 state off*
*Clish> set interface bond2.1002 state on
[Expert@M1:0]# cphaprob -m if**ClusterXL VLAN monitoring per interface:
Interface | Low VLAN | High VLAN
  -----------------+--------------+------------------
  bond2 | 1001 | **1002**
  bond1 | 1003 | not configured*

## Cause
