# sk180710 - The "cphaprob stat" command shows that a Security Gateway Member in a Dual Site configuration is down with a "HAINIT" pnote

## Symptoms

- * The "`cphaprob stat`" command shows that a Security Gateway Member (SGM) in a Dual Site configuration is down.

  The Active PNOTEs are "None" or "HAINIT".
* The "`cphaprob list`" command shows "*There are no pnotes in problem state*".

## Cause

While the site-sync port was disconnected, an SGM was removed and added to the Security Group. After this, each SGM on site 1 saw a different number of SGMs in the Security Group: SGM 1_1 saw the SGM on site 2, and SGM 1_2 did not.
