## Symptoms

- * After you run the "`vsx_util vsls`" command on the Security Management Server, you receive no error messages and this policy message:

  members are up and reachable before continuing.

  `
  Save & apply configuration ? (y|n) [y]:y
  `  
  `
  VS Load Sharing configuration saved successfully...
  `  
  `
  The virtual system(s) were successfully redistributed
  `  
  `
  Installing new policy...
  `  
  `
  Policy installation finished successfully.
  `
* The *install_policy.elg* file on the Security Management Server contains these lines:

  `
  com.checkpoint.management.coresvc.ObjectNotFoundException: Object not found - Policy package

  `
  FW-DH-LC-CP05800-1-OC-MGT_VSX' is not present in the database
