## Symptoms

- * Although Autonomous Threat Prevention is configured, Threat Emulation gets verdict error and Reason 'Failed to process the file', and uses the Custom Threat Prevention policy instead of the Autonomous Threat Prevention policy.

* *$FWDIR/log/ted.elg* debugs show:  


  `[21690 4104513472][Date, Time] [TE_SM]: SchemaManager: get_profile_data failed - profile_id 1 not in map
  [21690 4104513472][Date, Time] [TE_SM]: failed getting profile_data
  [21690 4104513472][Date, Time] [TE_SM]: emulation location will be set to default, please make sure that TE is enable in your policy!`

## Cause

Default Custom Threat Prevention policy rule with the default optimized profile is not installed on the Security Gateway.
