## Symptoms

- * High Availability synchronization fails with this error:

  *Failed to merge with peer's Internal CA DB*

* Moving the *$FWDIR/conf/InternalCA.p12* file from the Primary Security Management Server to the Secondary Security Management Server does not help.

* cpm.elg shows the following Error on the (Active) CMA: 01/04/26 12:38:40,460 INFO internal.ha.MgmtHaSvcImpl \[qtp-318413468-756301\]: async peer result for opId b1903c9a-012f-433a-a3f7-5eaf990307f2 peer 6f47508a-b30a-4150-b474-91afd93ab639: MANUAL_SYNC, SYNC_ERROR, Poland_Management_Server_HA - Unexpected failure, null for domain name 'Poland_Office' , id \[9cad80a0-9a24-4166-a70b-12b4dbb4dd99\] 01/04/26 12:38:40,461 ERROR ha.fwm_handlers.AsyncFwmCallHandlerBase \[SYNC_THREAD_756873\]: peerId 6f47508a-b30a-4150-b474-91afd93ab639 operation MANUAL_SYNC with opId b1903c9a-012f-433a-a3f7-5eaf990307f2 failed: Poland_Management_Server_HA - Unexpected failure for domain 9cad80a0-9a24-4166-a70b-12b4dbb4dd99
