# sk180517 - ioc_feeds push fails with the "utf-8' codec can't decode byte 0xa0 in position 6075: invalid start byte" error

## Symptoms

- When pushing IOC feeds, the "*utf-8 codec can't decode byte 0xa0 in position 6075: invalid start byte*" error is printed.

## Cause

IOC is unable to parse a CSV file containing an invalid char.  

"*0xa0* " in HEX (in hexadecimal format), when converting to decimal format, means "*160* ". Which indicates that the invalid char is located on the line 160.

On the line 160, there is extra space in the last column value.
