# sk180508 - "connection refused from 127.0.0.1 to�httpd@127.0.0.1" in the /var/log/httpd2_error_log file

## Symptoms

- * "*\[:error\] \[pid XXX\] \[client 127.0.0.1:XXX\] libwrap/mod_hosts_access: connection refused from 127.0.0.1 to httpd@127.0.0.1* " message appears in the */var/log/httpd2_error_log* file on the Management Server during login to SmartConsole or Gaia Portal.

* There is no issue with SmartConsole or Gaia Portal - the pages load correctly.

* The permissions of */etc/hosts.\** files are correct.

## Cause

This is a cosmetic issue only.

The default configuration in the */etc/hosts.allow* file was changed from "ALL: ALL" to "ALL: \<Some_Network\>".
