# sk180495 - New exclusions in Anti-Malware and Threat Emulation policies are not copied correctly from Harmony Endpoint Cloud Portal to SmartEndpoint

## Symptoms

- * Migrated from on-premises to Harmony Endpoint Cloud Portal.
* Added a new exclusion to the Anti-Malware or Threat Emulation policy from Harmony Endpoint Cloud Portal.
* It deletes the existing exclusions and adds only the new exclusion.
* In the SmartEndpoint, a new clone for the policy action is created with no exclusions.

## Cause

The default policy in the SmartEndpoint was modified through Harmony Endpoint Cloud Portal.

**Note -**SmartEndpoint does not allow you to modify default policies.
