# sk180458 - Missing VPN "users" data in SmartView Monitor after upgrade to R80.40 Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator take 180

## Symptoms

- * After upgrade to R80.40 Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator Take 180, SmartView Monitor shows no data in the **Users** field.
* Endpoint users are connected to the Security Gateway through an SSL Remote Access VPN tunnel.
* SmartConsole \> Security Gateway object \> **Summary** tab \> **Device \& License Information** window \> **IPSec VPN** shows the expected number of Remote Access VPN tunnels.

## Cause

Upgrade to R80.40 Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator Take 180 causes an issue with remote access monitoring.
