# sk180453 - Threat Emulation appliance information is not copied when duplicating a rule through the WebUI

## Symptoms

- * A Threat Emulation appliance is configured in SmartEndpoint.

* When making changes to the policy using the Web SmartConsole, the custom rule is cloned into SmartEndpoint and overrides the default settings with no appliance configured.

A Support Engineer will make sure the Hotfix is compatible with your environment before providing it.  
For faster resolution and verification, collect [CPinfo](https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?eventSubmit_doGoviewsolutiondetails=&solutionid=sk92739) files from the Management Server and Security Gateways / Cluster Members involved in the case.
