## Symptoms

- * When trying to download the Linux installation script from the "Export Package" tab, an error appears "The Harmony Endpoint "undefined" Preparing Failed"
* In backend_web_mgmt_silly.log: \[info\] \[G.downloadConfiguredLinuxPackage_ReqSrvVer_Asp\] Feature 'enable-export-offline-linux-package' is not supported. Method will not be invoked. Returning default fallback 'undefined'
* Linux flag is enabled: \| true \| enable-export-package-linux
* Linux script only contains "undefined"

## Cause

Bug in the Harmony Endpoint Web Management Administrator Portal.
