# sk180333 - Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator installation freezes on AWS VMs

## Symptoms

- * Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator installation on an AWS virtual machine (VM) freezes.
* The Security Gateway or Serial Console becomes unresponsive to SSH until a reboot is performed.

## Cause

An issue with the swap partition on these image versions causes the installation failure:  

* **R81.10-335.1101**
* **R81-392.1162**
* **R81-392.1096**
* **R80.40-294.1119**
* **R80.40-294.1096**

`build: 991001101` (The last four digits of the Build is the number after the dot in the version. In this case the version is R81.10-335.1101)
