## Symptoms

- * Appliance with a Dual Image installed fails to revert to a Gaia snapshot with this error message:

*revert to 'Name_of_Image' is not supported in the current version, please refer to sk180331*
* On an appliance with a Dual Image installed, the Gaia Boot Menu does not show the Secondary Image as a revert option.

* Appliance with a Dual Image installed cannot reboot after restoring to a factory default of a Dual Image.

* "*error: attempt to read or write outside of the disk 'lvm/vg_splat-lv_log'*" might appear in this scenario during boot on an appliance with a Dual Image installed:

  1. The administrator used CPUSE to upgrade/clean install to the R81.20 version.
  2. At some point, the administrator restored the appliance to the factory defaults to the secondary image (with the name "fcd_R\<version_number\>").
