# sk180316 - Algosec analysis fails

## Symptoms

- Algosec analysis fails and displays this error:

"[webapp:080-exec-14] [2022-11-18 02:26:25,746] [ERROR] [.ExpandedRulesCreatorBase::edRulesAllTypes:1794] Failed to create expanded files. Exception:
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Could not find rule with concatenated ID , this is probably due to an inconsistency in policy API responses"
```

## Cause

This happens when the CKP API call show-access-rulebase that calls for the global package of the policy returns the placeholder rule called Parent rule for Domain's policy as a rule with action DROP, and with no value set for the Inner-layer field.
