| Solution ID | sk180301 |
| Date Created | 2022-11-22 |
| Last Modified | 2025-06-10 |
| Technical Level | Advanced |
| Products | Security Gateway |
| Versions | R81.20, R81.10 (EOS), R81 (EOS) |
| OS | Gaia |

## Symptoms

- * Before an upgrade of a Security Gateway to version R81 or higher, users configured a Policy Based Routing (PBR) rule with priority greater than `1024`. After the upgrade, the Gaia Clish command `set pbr rule priority ` fails to change the PBR rule.
* Example of failed Gaia Clish command:

  ```
  pbrissue> set pbr rule priority 1030 off
  CLINFR0409 Invalid number: 1030. Not in range 1..1024.
  set pbr rule priority 1030
  -------------^^^^^^^^^^^^^
  ```

## Cause

From R81, the "`set pbr rule priority <value>`" command works only for values in the range from `1` to `1024`.
