# sk180287 - 'vsx_util reconfigure' fails on step "10/10 : Pushing Configuration"

## Symptoms

- * 'vsx_util reconfigure' fails on step 10/10
* vsx_util_\<date\>.elg logs shows the following error:  
  `<VSX Object name>... error :Internal Error - Failed to commit changes in the OS.. Unable to add VLAN to an empty bond interface `

## Cause

There are no slave interfaces configured for the bonding group, thus vsx_util is unable to add the vlan to the interface.
