# sk180277 - Maestro stops responding to SNMP queries during a gradual upgrade

## Symptoms

- * Maestro stops responding to SNMP queries during a gradual upgrade. The upgraded SGMs send "`N/A`" in response to SNMP queries.

**Note**: The Security Group is in a Maestro Dual Site environment.
* The SGMs on the Active Site reply with the same values constantly. To see the correct values, you must manually run the applicable command on the SGMs.

* Bringing the SGMs down administratively on the upgraded Standby Site resolves the issue on the Active Site.

## Cause

Differences in Jumbo Hotfix Takes regarding the Scalable Platform SNMP agent cause the SNMP to reply to queries with the last value stored.

On the Active Site SGMs, the agent replies with the last value again and again.
On the Standby Site SGMs, there are no values stored for some OID, so the agent replies with "`N/A`".
