# sk180224 - WebUI displays "Your session is invalid or you have logged out. Click OK to reconnect."

## Symptoms

- In the WebUI, selecting a feature fails with the message "*Your session is invalid or you have logged out. Click OK to reconnect.*"

## Cause

There are various third-party add-ons for advertising and pop-up blocking, as well as other plug-ins that can be added to browsers. Any one of these features, or a combination of plug-ins, could interfere with the Gaia WebUI; The organization's security policy may also impose restrictions.

## Solution

If you experience disconnections while using the WebUI, try using a different browser or disabling plug-ins.
