## Symptoms

- * An Access Control Rule that contains an Application object (example: GitHub), a Content Awareness object, and action Ask (UserCheck) is not matched.
* After users delete the rule and make two separate rules - one rule for Content Awareness with UserCheck and one rule to allow all other GitHub traffic - the rules are matched as expected.

## Cause

The application object is matched much earlier in the connection lifecycle than the content object.
