# sk180112 - Harmony Endpoint Web Console issues

## Symptoms

- * Harmony Endpoint web console is very slow during navigation or policy installation
* It reverts back to the login screen
* White screen appears during navigation

## Solution

At times, the web console experiences an issue wherein the backend server logs does not provide the entire data. In such scenario, follow the below listed procedure and open a case with Support.   

1. Go to **portal.checkpoint.com** and sign in.
2. Navigate one step away from replication of the issue.
3. Press **F12** for the developer tools and select the **Console** tab.

4. Replicate the issue.
5. Wait till the data is processed. Right click data field and select **Save as** to save the file.

6. Go to **Network** tab of the developer tools and select **Export HAR.** Save it.

7. Upload files from steps 5 and 6 to Support.
