## Symptoms

- During site creation (or first connection of an MDM-pushed site) in the Capsule Connect app, the Trust screen shows the gateway's certificate details, which requires you to approve the authenticity of the Security Gateway.

## Cause

The Trust screen shows when Capsule Connect does not have enough information to verify the Security Gateway's authenticity.
