# sk179913 - LOM Card WebUI and the "ipmitool user list 8" command show different user information

## Symptoms

- * Output of the "`ipmitool user list 8`" command (in the Expert mode) on the appliance shows:

  * A user with ID 1 with an empty username and the access level "No Access"
  * A user with ID 2 with the username "admin" and the access level "Administrator"

  Example:

* The LOM Card WebUI \> "Configuration" tab \> "Users" section shows only the username "admin" with the access level "Administrator".

* After you add a new user in the LOM Card WebUI:

  1. In LOM Card WebUI, the new user appears with the access level "Administrator"
  2. Output of the "`ipmitool user list 8`" command shows the new user with the access level "No Access"
  3. Login with the new username works as expected in the LOM Card WebUI
* This issue is observed:

  * In the LOM card firmware 3.41 and lower on appliance models 5100 / 5208 / 5400 / 5600 / 5800 / 5900 / 6500 / 6800 / 15400 / 15600 / 23500 / 23800 / 23900
  * In the LOM card firmware 0.41 and lower on appliance models 6200 / 6400 / 6600 / 6700 / 6900 / 7000 / 16000 / 16200 / 16600HS / 26000 / 28000 / 28600HS
  * In the LOM card firmware 2.48 and lower on appliance models 13500 / 13800 / 21600 / 21700 / 21800 / Smart-1 225 / Smart-1 3050 / Smart-1 3150
