## Symptoms

- * After restarting the log exporter process, it fails to complete the TLS handshake.

* "`Unknown CA`" shows up in the traffic capture.

* The Wireshark capture during the TLS handshake when capturing the target IP address and destination port numbers on Log Exporter (`tcpdump -nni <interface> port <port number> and host <IP address of syslog server> -s0 -vvv -w traffic_capture.pcap`) shows:
