# sk179747 - The Security Gateway drops VoIP MGCP traffic with "dropped by fw_early_sip_nat Reason: failed to get MGCP ports;" after upgrading to R80.40 Jumbo Hotfix take 156 or 158

## Symptoms

- After upgrading R80.40 Jumbo Hotfix to take 156 or 158, the Security Gateway drops traffic for VOIP MGCP with this message:
"*dropped by fw_early_sip_nat Reason: failed to get MGCP ports;*"

## Cause

A change in VoIP table included in the Jumbo Hotfix causes the issue with MGCP traffic.

## Solution

This problem was fixed. The fix is included starting from:

* [Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator for R80.40](https://sc1.checkpoint.com/documents/Jumbo_HFA/R80.40/Default.htm) starting from Take 172

If you choose not to upgrade, Check Point can supply a **Hotfix** . [Contact Check Point Support](https://www.checkpoint.com/support-services/contact-support/) to get a Hotfix for this issue.  
A Support Engineer will make sure the Hotfix is compatible with your environment before providing the Hotfix.
