## Symptoms

- * The Maestro Hyperscale Orchestrator (MHO) cannot fetch CPUSE packages from the Check Point Cloud.

  **Notes** :
  * The MHO pings Check Point Cloud Services (see [sk92449](https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?eventSubmit_doGoviewsolutiondetails=&solutionid=sk92449)).
  * The MHO accesses Check Point servers (see [sk83520](https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?eventSubmit_doGoviewsolutiondetails=&solutionid=sk83520)).
* Deployment Agent logs (*/opt/CPInstLog/DeploymentAgent.log*) show:

  `

## Cause

It is not necessary for the MHO to have a license, but it is necessary for Check Point Cloud Services to have an applicable license from the initiator to open a successful connection.
