# sk179670 - routed Pnote after an upgrade of a cluster member with OSPF

## Symptoms

- * After a Jumbo upgrade, a *routed* Pnote appears on the Standby Member and stays there if you revert the machine to the Take before the upgrade.

* The Active Member, which you did not yet upgrade, operates correctly.

* The output of the "`show routed cluster-state detailed`" command for the problematic member:

  ```
  
  Pnote type           State         Event description
  OSPF State Sync      Problem       OSPF Interface is up, resync OSPF state
  ```

* The output of the "`netstat -nap | grep :2010`" command shows that there are multiple "TIME_WAIT" connections on the problematic member:

  On the working member, there are only two lines: LISTEN and ESTABLISHED
* On the problematic member, there are no OSPF neighbors. To confirm this, run the "`show ospf neighbors`" command in Clish.
