## Symptoms

- * When you import a Jumbo Hotfix package, the "`installer import <...>`" command returns this error for some of the members in the Security Group:

  "*Failed to retrieve CPUSE build number*"
* The gclish/clish commands and /config/active DB do not correctly represent the package state on the machine. The output of these commands does not align with previous user actions:

  * `show installer packages ...`
  * `installer install/upgrade /uninstall/..` + tab (where tab displays packages applicable to the required action)

  For example:
  * You imported the Jumbo Hotfix package, but `installer install` + tab does not show it as available for installation.
  * The Jumbo Hotfix package that was previously installed (verified with the `cpinfo -y all` command) appears as "Available for install" when you run the `show installer packages` command through gclish/clish.
