# sk179550 - Spark Firewall performs static Hide NAT for an internal server only over one of the Internet connections

## Symptoms

- * In this environment, the Quantum Spark Appliance performs static Hide NAT only over one of the Internet connections.

* "*Another server has the same IP address and overlapping ports*" error in the new Server Wizard when adding a server object with NAT settings for other Internet connection.

## Cause

Locally Managed Quantum Spark Appliance supports only one **static** NAT IP address for one real IP address.

Example:

\[Internal Server\] (192.168.11.22) --- \[Locally Managed Quantum Spark Appliance with WAN1 (172.16.33.44) and WAN2 (172.30.55.66)\] === \[External Network 172.16.33.0 and External Network 172.30.55.0)\]

You can configure only one Server object to hide the real IP address 192.168.11.22 - either behind WAN1 (for example, 172.16.33.47) or behind WAN2 (for example, 172.30.55.47).

## Solution

This behavior is by design.
