## Symptoms

- * SSL negotiation fails in Capsule Workspace.
* SmartView error log: "*No client certificate was provided*".
* Capsule Workspace error message: "*Site doesn't accept the certificate*".
* Capsule Workspace client logs:

  ```
  [TextureManager dataForSiteIdentifier:withKey:data:] No data for Blob,  51 : The item cannot be found.
  
  [TextureManager dataForSiteIdentifier:withKey:data:] No data for Password,  51 : The item cannot be found.
  [CertificateController clientCredentialsWithCertificateID:] Data is nil, Pass is nil
  [TrustAlertViewManager didReceiveChallenge:forSite:completionHandler:] Credentials are nil
  [TrustAlertViewManager didReceiveChallenge:forSite:completionHandler:] Continue without credentials
  ```
