# sk179164 - Log Indexer terminates on a newly deployed Log Server

## Symptoms

- * Failed to add new Log servers after upgrading the Management Server to R81.10.  

* Log indexer keeps crashing. Sometimes with s core dump file, sometime without.  

* In *$RTDIR/log_indexer/log/log_indexer.elg* :
