## Symptoms

- On-premises Management Server cannot connect to Check Point Portal.

## Cause

Possible causes:

1. Incorrect DNS settings on the Management Server.
2. Incorrect Proxy settings on the Management Server.
3. The Check Point Management Server connects to Internet through a non-Check Point Firewall that blocks the required traffic from the Management Server to Infinity Portal.
