## Symptoms

- * When you right-click a file to invoke an Anti-Malware scan, exclusions do not work, the protection is triggered and the file is quarantined/deleted.
* Exclusions function normally in the Access Control policy.
* Anti-Malware Scan exclusions of the "Scan System Now" feature function normally.

## Solution

No fix is required. When you right-click a file to invoke its scanning by Check Point Anti-Malware, none of the configured exclusions work. This behavior is by design.
