## Symptoms

- Jumbo Hotifx installation fails with this verification error:

```
Installation is not allowed.

Reason:
Installed hotfixes are missing from this package.
Contact Check Point Technical Services for further assistance.
```

## Cause

A private hotfix is installed in the Gaia OS.  
For example:  
***# cpinfo -y all***   
\[MGMT\]  
**HOTFIX_R81_10_JHF_T14_202_MAIN**   
HOTFIX_R81_10_JUMBO_HF_MAIN Take: 30
